Welcome to the Cleveland NORML Hemp Project Research Center. NORML strives to educate the public on the benefits of industrial hemp as a vital, and untapped agricultural resource. Below we have compiled research and information regarding hemp and hemp products. From fibers to biofuel and nutrition, hemp has many uses that can benefit Ohio and our nation as a whole.
